Decent option not far from city center and with a swimming pool in a nice garden

Large apartment, clean. Swimming pool in a beautiful garden Not far from city center (10 mns walk or 100 pesos in tricycle)

the receptionist was the worst I faced in Asia. Well, it is a detail, but it has been mentioned already in the comments, so they have an issue... quality of beds are unequal.

Really enjoyed our stay and would come here again!

We had a 2 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms in the building by the pool. The apartment was always cleaned and very spacious. We stayed with a 5 and a 2 year old and can recommend it highly for families. The kids really enjoyed the pool. It is a lovely property!

To walk to the beach is quite difficult in the heat. And at night when the temperatures are ok to walk it is absolutely pitch black. We walked with the torch on our mobile to make sure we were seen. But you can ask at reception to get a tricylce for 200PHP oneway instead. Make sure to bring a torch if you'd rather walk. One of the bathrooms always started to stink after the water was running for a while. Nice would be a better shower at the pool and some more clothes horses to hang beach stuff and towels. But these are really just some minor things.

Everything was good and met with our expectation.

Everything was good and met with our expectation.my husband and I stayed in this property for many times already with family and everything is well most of the time. Only if they can add more kitchenware and utensils in the bungalow for a better cooking but overall was good. :) next time again.

The staff were a great help in every sitiuation.

It was not allowed to feed cats , that was hard to deal with , because there was a small kitten crying all over the place .

This is the second time we’ve stayed here.

This is the second time we’ve stayed here. The staff are friendly and the room is clean. Two air conditioners in the bedroom which makes it very easy to sleep.mattress is soft in comparison to the rest of Asia.

Location - it is about a 15 min walk to the beach which is not too bad. Bikes make it easier.

Excellent serviced apartment

Excellent serviced apartment, cleaned daily, very quiet. We had a great stay here.

The location has its pros and cons... it's quiet, but a bit far from the beach and you'll have to take a tricycle during the day (it's too hot otherwise). No breakfast available.

Overall stay was fantastic

I like the ambiance of the property. It's big, airy and lots of green. Pool was really nice and I think I should have used it more. Staff was very nice and accommodating.

The room has a musty, old smell. A lot of particles flying maybe from the towels. Amenities wasn't replenish daily, we have to ask from the reception for replenishment. Towels have holes in it.
